Black Flowers Belfast
Technically, there are no ‘black’ flowers in nature, only very dark shades of red, purple and blue. The quest for a truly black flower goes back many generations, in Victorian times rare and exotic flowers were highly sought after, especially those that were very dark in colour! Even to this day scientists are trying to 'design' a truly black flower but to no avail.
We have a selection of dark colours flowers in our shop today, including burgundy Calla lilies which would be considered one of the flowers that could be mistaken for being black in colour. The other flowers are in deep rich colours, all of which tone in beautifully together to make a bold autumnal flower display.
